- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They are very unorganized as a company. They were asking for paperwork from us up to two days before closing on the house. We gave them all the paperwork they needed a month prior to closing and they should have reviewed what they still "needed" then. Maybe even create a checklist for themselves! They also knew there were issues that needed to be solved with the IRS, consisting of myself having to call the IRS directly to fax information to them, but they waited until the last minute as well to have me take care of this issue.
